Cart view (step 2 user/editaddresscartBT) doesn't have the DIV wrapper

Hi,

As the title mentions, step 2 of the cart-view (user/editaddresscartBT) does not include the <DIV class="cart-view"> wrapper ?

I thought it was pertinent to add this like the previous step in order to contain CSS overrides.

Could this be added in an update ?
