One product - different TAX rate depending on user country

Hi,

I've been searching the forum but cannot find the answer to my problem. I have a product which should have different TAX rate applied depending on user country. I have:
Joomla 1.7
VM 2.0.0.

Basically there is a different TAX for:

• EU countries (I created a TAX rule and added all EU countries)
• NON EU countries (I created a TAX rule and added all countries - the EU rule should override this one. This one can also be default if other two can override it)
• One special EU country (also created a rule and only applied it on this single country)

The problem is I cannot apply more than one TAX rule for a single item. I've seen in one topic that TAX rule can also be applied to a category but I can't find where could I do that. Was that only possible in previous versions?

Please advise how can I achieve what I need. I am really in hurry here - the project should be finished today and I am stuck with the TAX rules!
