Product image not resizing

Hi Guys,

Just wondered if someone can have a little look at the below link and see if they can help me figure out why my shop images aren't auto resizing?

This started happening after I upgraded to the latest version of virtuemart 2 (being lured by being able to duplicate custom field.....) but I also ran into memory issues as well which i have fixed...thanks to a handy extension from Joomla Extensions

I have built sites with vituemart 1.5 and they work like a dream...seems someone might have dropped the ball with #2
