How to get Virtuemart 2 help? and an offer...

Hello,
I have tried in vain to find answers to some basic questions about Virtuemart 2. I have searched for documentation but none is available yet. I just want to know how to fix some pricing display issues (see post: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=100240.msg331297#msg331297) and how to apply tax to one US state but not to others. (See post http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=100251.msg331326#msg331326) These issues seem to me to be basic eCommerce site functionality.

I have tried to post in the correct forums and have yet to have one of my posts moved so I must have chosen correctly. I have tried to be as clear as possible and provide as much detail as I can. Yes, I know VM2 is a new release and I would have gladly stuck with the more stable and easier to use VM1.9 only it doesn't work under Joomla 2.5. There are also far more free and commercial and more importantly, stable plugins for VM1.9.

Here's my offer: If someone from Virtuemart is willing to help me understand these and other issues I would be more than willing to write documentation for them. And yes, I have written technical docs professionally.

I know the VM2 is free and the devs work long and hard but what good is it if you can't use it because of simple issues? If I can't even use the core application to function to an industry standard, why should I pay for plug-ins for the same developers? 

Sorry for the rant but I'd really like to get my project completed.
