Product image size

Hello everyone. First of all I want to thanks to developers for their work.
Now about the problem:
I tried to go "Options-Template-use following sizes for all small images" And i set 200, 250 for all of them. But images in Related products, in VM category, In Product page are all different.
All photo I download, no matter what size are they, or is preformated size enabled/disabled, they are all the same.
How to change product's image size in category?
