How do I list my products on a page?

I've added 2 products to a category and everything is published but they are not showing up to customers.  Can anyone link me to an existing thread or help me figure out how to have my products show up in a category listing.  The site is http://www.hisfetish.com and the menu item is labeled "shoesamp" which is all the way to the right.  No matter how many products added to the store, they don't show up on the frontend for customers to see
