Recommend a friend > Not using CSS > Footer wrong > Close button not working

I've tried to edit the templates (raw and html) to correct the footer aspect info, nothing seems to fix it in the recommend folder.  I can't figure out why its not using any css info, its all coming through as times roman......Also the close button does not work.....

Any idea how to fix this besides disabling this option?
