can I backup ALL data from VM 1.1 and restore them in a NEW Website on VM2 ?

Hello,

I have 2 Websites: Website 'A' (Joomla 1.525 and VM1.1) and Website 'B' (Joomla 2.25 and VM2.01k)

I want to backup ALL data from VM 1.1 and restore them in a NEW Website on VM2 ?

What I did so far was:
1) I copied the shop_image folder (in /components/com_virtuemart) from Website 'A' and i paste 3 of the copied subfolders (category, product, vendor) into the New Website (under /images/stories/virtuemart)

2) I exported all the Jos_VM_* tables from MyPHPAdmin from Website 'A' and I Imprted them in the  relevant database of Website 'B'


However this has not worked! I need to copy all products from Website 'A' (VM1.1 Joomla 1.525) to Website 'B' (VM2.01k Joomla 2.25)

Can somebody please guide me through this?
