Back End Admin Tooltips not readable

Apologies if this has been brought up before ??  I did a search but couldn't find anything.

In the backend when hovering over a tooltip, the main tooltip with the instructions/information is covered over by a smaller tooltip - see screenshot attached.

I am not able to replicate this issue... mine only displays the yellow box.  What version of VM and J! are you using?

Odd, Im getting it in every back end tooltip?

This was in MAMP local server and happening with all my browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Safari.
I transferred it to a live site/domain  and again happening on all browsers. ?

Both using PHP 5.3 + too

I only see the yellow box. Are you using some sort of typography plugin with your Joomla template?

It must be something in my site if 3 of you guys can only see the yellow box??

Ive tried disabling JCE, and dont think I have any typography plugins ??  Like I said earlier, its not a major problem & obviously isn't a bug if your all seeing the yellow box.

I'll dig a bit deeper and find out whats causing it and post back here soon!
