Sorting Categories Alphabetically with Special Characters in VirtueMart

Hello,

I'm currently using VirtueMart and I have my categories sorted alphabetically. However, I'm encountering an issue with the Czech language. In Czech, certain characters are considered as one letter, such as "Ch". When I have a category named "Chladící vitríny", it's being sorted at the beginning as if it starts with "C", not "Ch".

Is there a way to make VirtueMart recognize "Ch" as one letter during the sorting process? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
