Free shipping issue in combination with coupon

Hi all,

The free shipping threshold is set to 75€. Is it possible to enforce that after the coupon is applied? It seems the rule is not updated after the discount is applied.

Example:

User orders products for 80€ > free shipping
User orders products for 80€ with a 10% discount, resulting in a 72€ total shopping cart value > expected: no free shipping as below threshold. actual: still free shipping
