Optional accessory with special pricing

There is a shop where are some products which have optional accessory product, like insulation. This must be optional and the price is the 10% of the original product's price.
Like there is a product for $1000 and when the customer adds it to the cart he can choose somehow (maybe with a checkbox) if he wants insulation for the product, and it'll be $1100. The perfect solution would be show these as 2 separated rows in the cart.
Not all products have optional insulation but ~200 products have and there are ~150 different prices
Any thougts show should I deal with this?
