why not saving street, village, coutry when updating data customers

I use newest VM and joomla verson
My vm webshop has several customers buying. so it worked till now.
Now a new customer can register, but can't save adress, village, coutry.
So the customer can't buy.
How to solve that?

Hmm .. can't find any products to buy..

Lots of errors in the checkout, have you updated VMAIO ?
Tested with Protostar ?

Yes i updated VMAIO.

Sorry about the faults, but i am not a programmer. I think that's why i need help.
And i am sorry to that it is not working now, but worked till yesterday for months.

Someone has put this together. You should talk to him and start from there.
You use a custom template with very long loading times.

all the translations are not loading

on registration I get

Geolocator component not found in /home/ommekeer/domains/omega-balance.com/public_htmladministrator/components/com_geolocator/assets/helper.php

and you have activation set which is just a way to loose customers - it is a waste of time because with VM even without activation you are still logged in and can checkout

Your account has been created and an activation link has been sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail before you can login.

the email is only as screenshot

as you say the address is not saved but without full access and further digging impossible to say why - possibly the geolocator error
