"Infinite loop detected" Error at top of page

I am using VirtueMart 3.6.10 10211
Joomla! 3.9.13

I have this showing at the top of product detail pages and I am not sure what it is or how to get rid of it:

Key folder in safepath unaccessible

I am also not sure why the shipping methods is not showing in detail view I have selected them to show in detail view is it part of the same problem?
same problem with shipment methode on Cart see attached image

use tools->tools & migration-> safe path tools tab to check/set the path correctly

check the code is in the details default.php template to display the shipping

This seemed to work clicked the blocks and turned most of the red to green
Although still some things in red not sure what they mean see below:
  Safe path setup above the joomla root folder (preferred) inactive
/usr/www/users   not exists   Unwriteable   
/usr/www/users/vmfiles   not exists   Unwriteable   
/usr/www/users/vmfiles/invoices   not exists   Unwriteable   
/usr/www/users/vmfiles/keys   not exists   Unwriteable   




and not sure what to do with this could you explain

I thought maybe something was missing from the template I am using so I switched to the default vmbeez template for the shop to check and still no shipping information anywhere??

you need to screenshot your safe path settings
normally only the top block needs to be set

ignore the rest if the top block is green

shipping I assume will only show on details if it is valid.. is it?

I am not sure what "Valid" means
I think I should move this to a new Question path for others searching same issue.
So GJC Web Design please look out for it.

Maybe set the minimum Products just to 0 ? You can also enable in the vm config on the first tab "Enabling debugging of methods" or similar. Then you can see, why the shipment is not displayed. You may enable debug only for admins, (just some cm higher)
