Add to Cart does'nt work on mobile device

Hi there

I used joomla 3.9.8.  with VM 3.6.0 

When I use Add my Cart on my mobile (iphone and Android) it does'nt work. The cart is not loading.
See this example:

On my macbook it works fine also on the ipad. on my iphone the little wheel keep on turning. (not loaded ?)

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Have you mobile tested the add to cart using Protostar or Beez instead of your current template?

Very true Andrew and does not help any other user with the same issue. It may be used to generate paid work, though, so maybe we will have to think about this.

Thx for reply so far.

I try with other template(protostar) and that works a bit, still does'nt work on mobile android and ie explorer , iphone works fine
