Can I add the same Child Products to different Parent Products?

I have a website that sells security cameras and NVRs (Network Video Recorder).

For these NVR's the customer can buy them with different hard drive sizes (e.g. 1TB, 2TB, 3TB, etc.).

The problem I have is that I have to go to each individual product and manually add multi variant child products

For Example:
8 Channel NVR - NO HDD = $100
8 Channel NVR - 1TB = $150
8 Channel NVR - 2TB = $200

And then if I want to create a new NVR and have the same different storage options I have to manually add those options.

Then if we change the price of one of the Hard Drives I have to go back and manually change the price of all the NVR's one by one.

I want to be able to make it so I can assign the same Child Product (Hard Drive) to different Parent Products (NVR) so if I create a new Parent product which will have the same child product, the child product's price will automatically be added to the parent product. And if I change the price of one of the Child Products it will automatically change the price for all the other Parent Products attached to it.

Is this possible? Is there a free extension or plugin on Joomla that does this?

A child can only have one parent id as far as I know.

Maybe Product Bundles from breakdesigns can help you. It's not free but reasonably priced.
