Adding custom info above shopping cart page

Hi all

Is it possible to add a custom area above the shopping cart page?

My client wants to add a paragraph and a button linking to the local agents page.

Use a Joomla module?

I can create HTML Module, and I can find the top position...

The only thing is - I don't know where to find the shopping cart page

Is it a module or a plugin?

My head is spinning at this stage trying to find and locate the actual shopping cart page.

The cart template is built on components/com_virtuemart/views/cart/tmpl/default.php  or if you are already using overrides, Joomla-root/templates/[your-template/html/com-virtuemart/cart/default.php

or create a menu ( hidden or otherwise ) to the cart and publish your new module to it
