Choose Option Multi Variant does not update the page

Hello,

I am using Joomla 3.6.2 + VirtueMart 3.0.18 + Multi Variant.

I created a product in my shop, Multi Variant in size option. Apparently so far so good!

When I go on the Front End, enter the product and choose the right size, it is to think and not updated the product page.

How can I fix this?

The new js for using ajax for reloading product content uses now always the same class. The class is "product-container". Just search for the div with "productdetails-view productdetails" and add "product-container". In case you want the ajax reload within a product modul, you need to adjust the overrides here also. Furthermore the layout login of the user view is now in the sublayout folder. Members who used the ajax for child variants within the browse view should change the layout back to default.

After installing the 3.0.18.1, there are many wrong format in my costumed template. Too many issues need to fixed though, I try to reinstall back 3.0.18, then I got a BLANK Front.

But the point is that Multi Variant does not update the page when Choosing Option.

Does anyone got the solution already? i did make the same post but till now havennt got any solution.

im using :

1. joomla 3.9.3
2. virtuemart 3.4.2
3. Template protostar

already try to increase max_var ,post_max and absproduct, BUT its not working.

the problem when choosing multivariant, its not working and error updating page. Some moderator to have a look into this forum. Hopefully i can get answer and fix.

What do you mean by "Choosen"? where i can find it? already looking for it everywhere at VM backend.

Hi there, finally we found the culprit. its not becuase of max-var or so whatever that we discuss. the problem caused by "Action when a product is out of stock" under VM configuration -> shopfront.

i want my VM not to show out of stock products, so we choose "DO NOT DISPLAY STOCK"

if we use the default configuration, the dropdwon for multivariant is working, but when we use "DO NOT DISPLAY" the variant not working.

Hope the VM admin got the solution. its been 2 week for me to find the problem.
