Logged in user 'ship to a different address' NOT WORKING....

Hello,

I have an issue that I've discovered which is: when a User tries to use the option to 'ship to a different address' WHILST LOGGED IN my checkout page just refreshes when trying to confirm an order?

Has anyone had this problem before...please also note that I'm using CMS one page checkout but I have disabled and tested with the same outcome??

*Could anyone please advise, as I currently have to have to have multiple free payment options showing for all non logged-in users which is not ideal....because customers that get free products also see my PR firms payment option and my Bloggers payment option!
