Downloadable digital products

Hi, I need to download from my electronics-digital store. I have seen that there are two products and I would be interested in purchasing:

1) Joomla Virtuemart Downloadable Product (Module)

or

2) SHIPMENT FOR VIRTUAL PRODUCTS (plugin)

But I do not know which one is better or better.

Can you advise me?

I currently have the VirtueMart version 3.2.4 and joomla 3.7.5

I used the plugin...

it took me a bit to understand how it works...
but then it's really nice to work with.

The shipment for virtual products has also a module now, which shows a customer directly all downloads (when logged in). http://extensions.virtuemart.net/product/bundle-shipment-for-virtual-products-module-detail .
