Order of Recaptcha and Register Button Error

guys i need help. my reCaptcha appears below the Register and Cancel button

can anybody help me please in reordering, so that the reCaptcha will appear before the Register and Cancel Button?

That's a commercial template, so you probably need to edit your template's override for user/edit_address.php to move the captcha div or use css to alter the layout.
