Support proxy in paypal

In enviroment with reverse proxy (squid, ngnix, varnish,....) the varibable REMOTE_ADDR is 127.0.0.1, and paypal show a warning

hi, i just got this same error for the 2nd time on a paypal-paid purchase.
J3.6.5, VM 3.2.1
behind a proxy also...

just applied this workaround...
