discounts when check (discounts only for someone who falls into the group)

Hello, please is it possible in VM to set up for example "discounts for schools" ? ... What I mean is, we are selling posters, and we want to give schools discount 50%, so when they are in the checkout and check the "discount for school", the price will change.

Is it possible please? And how?
