No categories ordering in the front page

I 'm trying to change my categories' ordering in the front page.
I tried in 'Product Categories' clicking on the arrow of the categories.
Ordering didn't change even though a message informed me that the 'Item Moved Down'.
How can I change the categories' ordering?

Kelvyn, from the link you posted:

Use the up/down arrows to sort your categories by numbers, then click on the small 'Save' button in the upper right corner of the category list.
Then clear the Joomla system site cache and the browser cache. Thereafter you should see the updated sorting.

I see no up/down arrows, only a black down one.
And no Save button in the upper right corner of the category list.

Ok, I totally accidentally, found the save button!!
I would never guess it's a save button, I 'm struggling with this for hours!

agree it needs a better symbol but there is the tooltip
