VM4 - Child product link and pdf button don't work

Hi,

I upgraded from j3 to j4 and also updated vm to version 4.0.12 10777.
I'm having some problems and couldn't figure out how to fix them.

1. Clicking on the create PDF button gives me the error "Class 'JResponse' not found".
2. The child products in the drop-down menu are displayed correctly but if I click on one of them it does not change the product to the selected one. It basically stays on the main product.

Has anyone had the same problem as me and can help me.

version 4.0.12 10777 is the last "free" release and is now intended as a trial version to show what VM does.. but it is not bug free!

The latest public release is 4.0.22 and is available with a membership

I bought and installed the latest version of VM. (4.0.22.10864)

Now the link to the pdf no longer generates the "Class 'JResponse' not found" error, but the generated pdf displays the thumbnails incorrectly

I still have the drop down menu issue for child products. When I click it does not change the product.

if you use just string customfields, this are not children. If you use real children, and the page does not change use the debug console on your browser, rightclick "exermine" or so and check for JS errors.

We are facing a similar issue. On Joomla 3 site, the child products switch work fine. We are testing on staging now with latest Joomla 4 and latest 4.2.2 Virtuemart (with support membership) but selecting another variant jumps to another page instead of changing the price. The same issue can be replicated even in https://demo.virtuemart.net/ (which is mostly broken with 404 links)
