Add/Edit billing address information

Hello!
Is it possibile to ask Add/Edit billing address information only after paypal payment?

So in short user pay with paypal. After succesfully payment will be redirect to "Add/Edit billing address information" if he want to get the invoice..

you would need to code this yourself... look at the paypal plug and what happens on the return etc ... but why would u want this cart flow?

Because my client want to ask less possible information on cart page..
