Virtuemart username

Hi,

I have a problem with the virtuemart username that change by saving the formular.
I need urgent help.

My Versions

Joomla 3.3.6
Virtuemart 3.0.0

Your Virtuemart versions are seriously oudated and You probably use a custom template. You should update asap, backup of course. Other issues like templates not beeing updated for current VM3 version(3.0.16) can occur, talk with Your template supplier. Joomla 3.5.1 should also be used with VM 3.0.16. Don´t forget to update the VM AIO package.

I can not make update because i think core hack was done and the template supplier doesn't work anymore for us and he doesn't have make a documentation. I need juste help to change this little problem.

You are at risk of getting hacked. Not dealing with the security updates is a very bad decision.
This is not a issue in default VM, it has to do with Your template "hacks".

Where is this displayed ? Checkout ?  Registration view ? VM registration view ? Joomla registration view ?

that explains nothing .. a tiny screenshot that could be from anywhere?

live url? full explanation of what is happening?  not obvious to me but then why should I have to try and figure it out..?

Totally agree with GJC, the first screenshot did not show much and the next clue not very much better.

Give a screenshot of the page in question and show the complete URL to the actual view.

It's definitely not  VM code doing this so can only be a hack or a plugin.

the post correctly sends what ever is entered so must be server code incrementing it

so local JS can't be doing this

so u need someone to dig into your site and find it
