Selected category layout just keeps on redirecting 404 page

Hi

I installed the quickstart pack on my main domain ( abarbuy.com ). Then i edited a menu item like women ( navigation menu ) to دوربین عکاسی. I chose my category which i'd created . But in frontend of site, when i click on دوربین عکاسی the page just keeps on loading and redirecting.

I tried creating a new menu item in navigation menu. I created an item named ( Doorbin ) i chose the category which i wanted to be shown, but it still does not show the category i selected when you click on the Item menu Doorbin in abarbuy.com

I turned off joomla seo ( Search Engine Friendly URLs ) and it works well, but how can i solve this problem? i want to use joomla seo and i want my links be seo friendly. but in this way ( Search Engine Friendly URLs ) website does not work.  I even renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess but it still does not work. can you please help me?

+ I haven't installed any SEO or URL SEF extension yet ( Because sometimes installing a 3rd party extension may defect site properly working.

P.S: I have another VM website on this server and it run flawlessly without any problems.
