No more notification for checkout after upgrade.

Hi everybody,
I have migrate a J2 -> J3 and VM2 -> VM3 (first, VM and after Joomla.
All is fine and working well.
The only thing is this : i receive all the emails notifications (new customer, security, system, etc..) but i don't receive the email with the notification anymore (even if i received a email from Paypal to tell me i have a customer who have payed something).

I check the configuration and all seems ok.
Any clue ?

it can only be config.. there is an emails tab now and settings in the payment plugins

also no more pending emails
