Bug: Pagination and category

In virtuemart 3.0.9 with joomla 3.4.1 I have a problem with the pagination. (in 2.5.8 the problem wasn't there)

I browse trough the products in a category on some page (not page 1, but higher than 1). Then click on a product to go to the detailpage. When you then hit the 'back' button in the browser, it doesn't go back to page I was, but all the way back to page 1. Very annoying, because I need to browse the pages again to go back where I were.

When I am back on page 1, the url do shows me the correct page, for example "..categoryA/glas?start=24". I should be on that page, but I am on page 1. Of course, when I hit the enter in the url bar, it goes to the page where I need to be.

I know in the virtuemart configuration there is an option to show product navigation. But the link that appears on the product detail page also doesn't link back to correct page. The problem here is that it links to a different category! I have products in more than one category. When I am browsing in category "A", click on the product, the url bar tells me then I am in category "Z". When I click on the link to go back, it goes to category "Z" and not "A" where I was.

Can someone please help me out with this? Or is it a bug in virtuemart?

There are pagination problems with J3.4 & J3.4.1 eg http://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/6544 (but these are not as bad as the pagination issues in J3.3.x).  Hopefully they will be fully fixed for 3.4.2

The issue of prev/next product nav when products are in multiple categories is known. I don't recall seeing a solution.

Aha, so it is a Joolma issue instead of Virtuemart. I hope they'll fix it soon!.

About the multiple categories: if the prev/next option doesn't work, is ok for me. But I like to have when they click on a product in category A, they stay in category A. Also the breadcrumb changes, allong the url of course. This was also the case in the VM 2 versions. A pitty there is no solution yet. How deals other shops with this? It is far from customer friendly. People get lost in the page navigation.
