Shipment not shown when logout as guest

Hello,

When a visitor is using the 'checkout as guest' option, he is directly directed to the select payment page / step. Since I only have one shipment option (for a certain country), there is nothing to choose as shipment. But this means the visitor does not see what the sipping costs are.

Is there any way to still show him the shipment page / step and let him confirm the shipping costs?

Using VM3.0.12 with default VM templates and just one autoselected shipment method the shipping cost displays for me. Are you using default templates?

The problem is that the shipment can only be calculated when a customer has filled in his country. Some countries have different options, so the choice is presented. But some countries have only one option. In those cases the shipment page is skipped.

When there is only one shipment available, the step is "skipped" or better said already done, because the shipment is autoselected.
