Couldn't Create Order

HI

Im using Joomla! 2.5.28 and VirtueMart 3.0.12

Ive done a test order and ran into a problem. When I complete the order process right to "step 4" and press "confirm purchase", I get an error message "Couldnt Create Order".

I am thinking its something to do with database tables. Anyone got an idea as to how I got about sorting it?
