Error when trying to add Shipping Address

Hi Folks

I get an error "You are not authorised to view this resource." when I try to add a shipping address. I did a search but couldn't find anything related directly to this. I also looked at the settings expecting a check box to enable and disable this option but couldn't see anything.

Would anyone have any ideas?

This seems to be a long term issue so perhaps it's not fixable for novice coders in the near future until the VM team take a look.

Here is another thread with a temporary solution but it's a backward solution instead of a forward one unfortunately.

Hi Folks

I'm guessing no one else has had this problem only a few. Perhaps it is a template issue but it's strange it works ok when SEO is disabled. Perhaps I'll submit a ticket to the VM Support Team unless they would like to make comment here first.
