HELP: How to delete discount, ref and shipping method at checkout

Hi, I have Joomla 3.4.8 and VM 3.0.12

1) Checkout page is not designed well for checkout at mobil phones, so the colums get larger than the page at mobile version, so in order to have less colums to make the page smaller for mobile i want to delete:

Discount (colum)
Ref. (colum)

that way the page will be smaller for mobiles, i found many people suggesting help for this VM problem in the forum before but many are for other VM versions, so the information is very different in this new version, also:

2) I wont have shipping, so, how can i delete from checkout page: shipping method, it says that costumer didnt selectect a shipping method... how can i hide this row? I already tried to select "none" in checkout settings for "Enable Automatic Selected Shipmen" but didn´t worked.

Please help with steps

make an over ride and remove in templates\YOURTEMPLATE\html\com_virtuemart\cart\default_pricelist.php

I normally only remove these with responsive css
2. make a dummy std weight no cost ship method, enable auto select and hide with css
