Missing "view your order" link

Hi!  I'm new to Virtue Mart and am setting up a shop selling physical books, paid downloads, and free downloads.  For the downloads, I bought, "Shipment for Virtual Products".  After every purchase, a PayPal link directs the shopper back to my site and a "Thank you for your order" page.

For free downloads and physical books, there is a link on this page to "View your order".

For the paid downloads, this link is missing.  It's important because, without this link, the shopper does not know to view the Order Information page for their download link.

I've attached screenshots of the page with the link (free download) and without the link (paid download).  I've searched, but don't see anything about this problem.  Has anyone else experienced it?  Any advice would be much appreciated!

PS, I already asked the download extension people and it was implied this might be a core VM problem.

Which virtual products plugin are you using?  J/VM versions?  See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=79799.0

Apologies for not giving this first!  Now that you mention it, I see this requirement posted at the top of the forum.  I will remember to provide it in the future.

I do have a quickstart template, which is:  Vina_rubbez by Vina Gecko.  (I don't see a version number anywhere, but I think it was only created in July)

Hello Milbo, thank you for your reply.  I will follow your suggestion ASAP and report back the results. 

In the meantime, yes, I may have misunderstood what questions should be asked through the Shipment for Virtual Products help ticket, and which ones should be posted here on the core Joomla forum, since there is so much overlap in between them.  Does your reply mean I should continue this conversation back on the extension help ticket instead of here?

As it is a paid ext. with support continue on the ticket.. this forum does not support paid extensions

I will go back and continue my original question via the help ticket I submitted first, as it now seems I am being advised to do.

I do have one other problem however, and am now not sure if I should post it here or not.  When checking out, the shopper must click the "Confirm Purchase" button twice.  The first time just refreshes the checkout page.  The second time redirects to PayPal, as it should. 

I have searched for an answer, without success.  Is this the proper place to ask how to fix this?

It is not a bug.. it is intentional -- the wording of the chk out button should change on a std. VM install after the first click

something like Checkout   then Confirm or something

explanation why this is so is on the forum here somewhere

To GJC Web Design: 

My checkout page button says "Confirm Purchase" always and does not change. 

I did install this extension, which may be why the text does not change between 1st and 2nd clicks:  VMOnePage - free & generic:  http://vmonepage.com/

I have emailed them too and gotten no response.
