How to preventing canceled of paypal in virtuemart

Hi all,

I'm use J3.4 and VM3.0.9, i have Paypal payment method, but there are so many customers have paid and then canceled, how to preventing canceled? I want if customers cancel order must be have my check and agreement of both.

Ok..

For most of us we think this might be a paypal issue ...not VM

should show what paypal says..

Maybe the issue is that when the customer goes to paypal .. they have some difficulty ...really if they pay they cannot cancel without your OK.

They must ask you to send their money back..

In the order section in the back .. you might be getting cancelled because something is not going through or times out Maybe??
