Categories/Category page display

Why can't I have a menu item linking to a page that displays all the product categories on my site. I know about this FAQ: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=120433.0

But sorry, I don't get it. I have tried so many different settings and I still can't make it work.

My site: www.livingstudio.se

Menu item "Shoppa via kategori" is supposed to lead to a display of all the Categories, but displays "all products".

I have attached a screen shot of the menu item's settings - don't know that's enough to give me at least a hint.

A step by step tutorial on how to achieve this, would be appreciated.
