How do I move Category Title & "Sort By" section

Hi there,

Can someone please tell me how to move the Category Title & "Sort By" section from the bottom to the top of the page?
This is the latest version of virtue mart on joomla 3.4.3.
Weird thing is that the 2 screen shots are items in the same joomla menu with the same settings.
So I'm assuming it's a virtue mart setting?
Help much appreciated!
