upload picture permission problem

hi everyone,
I'm currently use Joomla! 3.4 and latest VM3. However, there is a problem when I upload the picture. Everything is working fine, but only for enlarging the picture will display: The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.

I checked the picture file permission is only displayed by special permission which means I can not access the picture. If I change the permission manually to modify, the picture will display correctly. Is there any place to set auto change the permission when uploading? Btw, I had set the whole folder to modify permission and inheritable permission from the parent. Any advice? Thanks.
