Hello!
This is the product page http://ita.freddi.it/prod.php?IdProd=1 of a website that i will convert in virtuemart

"Video", "Vaschetta","Cartone" are the product custom fields. How can i create this image custom field with relative link in a new page?

I think you need some customization. A starting point could be the stockable custom fields plugin
http://breakdesigns.net/extensions/stockable-custom-fields

This way the product can be updated when you select a custom field
