add to cart not working on mobile

hello,

i'm using virtuemart version 3.0.6.2 and joomla 3.3.6

everything is working perfectly on a laptop or pc yet add to cart button doesn't add anything to cart on mobile.

any idea what might be causing this and how to fix its really important.

mobile meaning smartphones in general, i tried on several operating systems same issue (Android, ios) cart isn't adding anything.

Not a very usable template on a mobile as parts the pages are not fully responsive. I was able to add an MRI Cardiac package to the cart using Chrome on my HTC One M8 running Android Lollipop. Once add to cart is selected, however, you have to scroll down the page a long way to see the added to cart popup.
