Questions regarding the shopping cart page

Hi,

If you look at the attached screengrab I would like to make a couple of changes to the cart.  The website is www.belfastblooms.co.uk

First of all I would like to make the "Please add your address" stand out a bit better (bold/larger text size?)

Second I would like to turn the automatic tick off the ship to billing address as I would like to ensure that customers are having to put in a shipping address as sometimes people order flowers for delivery to a different address than their billing address if this is possible?

How do I sort out these issues?
