Clicking Complete Order Goes Directly to Account Page

Hello,

We have been receiving orders from existing accounts without any issues for the past couple of days.

Now, when I log in with multiple account, upon clicking Complete Order, the page redirects to the "Account Details" page and we cannot complete an order.

Can anyone please help?

An update: The accounts are existing accounts. When I login, I'm able to add products to the cart as normal except that upon confirming order and trying to checkout, it loops back to the ADD/EDIT BILLING ADDRESS INFORMATION page with the correct information already added. I can edit and save the information no problem. Trying to checkout just brings users back to the ADD/EDIT BILLING ADDRESS INFORMATION page.

I am setup to checkout with purchase orders and I don't have any shipping or payment information configured (we don't need it for this site as the accounts are setup by us).

Any thoughts as to what could have caused this loop to happen out of the blue?

do u mean you have no payment or ship method (even hidden dummy ones)?  IMHO u can never chk out without one of each

Sorry, the payment method is purchase order. The shipping is not configured, however.

I am aware of the version and am looking to update. Thank you. First, however, I need to have our logged in users to be able to complete an order as they were able to this morning. Really not sure what has happened and I'm not aware of where I should be looking (logs, etc).

but u have to have at least one shipping method configured .. the std weight country one with no filters or cost
you can hide it with css

turn on the VM debugging to see what is happening
