File path to the PHP file for the Select Payment method area?

does anybody know where the template file for the Select Payment method area is located?

I am using VM 3 and joomla 3x

\components\com_virtuemart\views\cart\tmpl\select_payment.php

but the labels and radios come either from the payment plugin or the vmsplugin.php
