Cannot find php template file for Select Payment method area?

Hello Vm Community,


I am trying add a HTML form to the select payment method part of the check out process so that we can offer customers some options on how they want the payment processed in relation to their service. It should be the some on one page check or or multi-page

But I can simply not find the php template file for select payment method area.

I have tried  to add the the html to payment plugin's php file but that doesn't work because the plug in is inserted into it a <form> already so I cannot insert another form into it.

I have also tried adding it as a module but some javascript we have is interfering with the product page. So it can only be added to this particular area.

I am using VM 3 and joomla 3x
