Shipment method not showing on invoice

Hey!
After updating to the latest verison of Virtuemart, I am having this problem. On inovoice the shipment method doesn't show up. There is the "shipment:" but the selected shipment merhod is missing. The shpiment method is also missing from the price list.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

Shipment method displays OK for me in VM2.6  Are you using any overrides?

No I am not. I am using some language overrides, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I located the file where the file for invoice is: /public_html/components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl/invoice_order.php
The file seems to be up to date, and all okay. Any idea whhat might be wrong?

EDIT: I found the problem, but not the solution. The problem is caused by creating the invoice automatically when an order is made. If I make the invoice manually, the shipping method shows up. This is weird..

I have the same problem after migration to VM 3. It is not an override.
