Warning, the Safe Path is not accessible (does not exist or no permission)

Virtuemart 3.0. It says successful but however my home page is still the old homepage before I install VM. and on my admin backend I have this warning message

I did go to the safepath line and it was empty for real and I did what the warning said by inputting ( /home1/ab51469/vmfiles/) to the line but I still get the same message and another that says
