force profile completion

Hello,
I have my virtuemart 3 clients registered by an external component that does not fill all of the required fields in my clients profiles.
I need to force clients to complete their profiles on the first login and prevent them from doing anything if they don't fill in all the required fields.
Is there a way to do that?

I'm using Joomdle and its function to purchase courses on behalf of children. I'm going to use it in order to allow an employer to buy courses for his employees.
The employer is able to register new users, but only a few fields are included in the registration form. I don't want to hack the code of Joomdle, but I need some extra fields to be filled (e.g. Tax Number, Address, Phone,...)
