Virtuemarrt 2.6.10 edit order information

Hello, i would be really happy if anyone could tell me, where can i edit "order information", to be precise, i want to remove e-mail and telephone number from order information, because i would use that for printing invoice.  I would also like to edit the layout of the order information. 

It would be very helpful, if you could tell me the file where could i edit that?
