Correct specific pdf invoice

Hello there,

I noticed that specifically when someone makes an order and selects as payment method Credit card or paypal, then i receive an invoice pdf that is different i think from other invoices (i noticed that is a negative margin from header to content area and half of my header area is hidden).

Any ideas of which file or setting is responsible for this?

Actually may i rephrase the question.

Maybe its not different invoice for credit card or paypal orders, but only from those orders, the administrator receives pdf of the order. I need to enlarge the height of header
